Are these watch strap compatible with Apple Watch?
Yes, our watch bands are compatible with all series of Apple Watch (including Apple Watch 6 and Apple Watch SE)
How to choose the bandwidth that fits my Apple Watch?
- 38mm bands fit with the Apple Watch 38mm Series 1, Series 2& Series 3.
- 42mm bands fit with the Apple Watch 42mm Series 1, Series 2& Series 3.
- 40mm bands fit with the Apple Watch 40mm Series 4, Series 5, Series 6 and SE.
- 44mm bands fit with the Apple Watch 40mm Series 4, Series 5, Series 6, and SE.

Where do you manufacture?
We make all of our bands in Europe with eco friendly production methods.
How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping is completely free for all orders, so you won't incur any additional fees at checkout!

Can I edit my order after purchasing?
Because orders are sent for processing within minutes of being place, we are unable to make any changes to your order once youâve hit the âorder nowâ button, this includes the following:
1. Changing the item or size
2. Delivery/billing address
3. Adding items to your order
4. Shipping method
What is your refund policy?
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS in case your order arrives incorrect or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it for repair or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer refunds in any case.Â
In the rare case that your order DOES NOT ARRIVE, we will send you a FULL REFUND.

- Your order arrives broken or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, you can send it back to us for repairs, OR you can take it to your local jeweler and we will cover all fees associated with the repair.Â
- You received the wrong item, size or color.
You can return the item for free and we'll send you the correct item.

We are NOT responsible for any damage that happens to the item when you're wearing it. To avoid this, please wear your bands with care.
